Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all shift employees.
• Schedule operators to work centers using production scheduling software.
• Complete monthly shift employee performance evaluations.
• Part/file/tool data management and recordkeeping.
• Safe operation of material handling equipment (lift truck, pallet jack).
• Troubleshoot molding defects and implement process changes.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas and 5S discipline.
• Record downtime in QAD and maintain tool PM logs.
• Communicate with quality to ensure part quality.
