Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Injection Over-Mold Operator in Grand Rapids, MI for a full-time, evaluation-hire position on 1st shift (6:00 am–2:00 pm). You will handle molding, assembly and inspection of parts, with a wage of $18–$20 per hour.

Responsibilities include loading parts, retrieving from molding machines, and visual inspection, while following ISO/GMP procedures and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Follow written work instructions.
• Produce 14-16 pieces per minute and meet quality expectations.
• Team-oriented and detail-focused.
• Steel-toe footwear and safety glasses required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs with average 25-30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Place very small metal parts into injection mold for over-molding.
• Retrieve product from molding machines, both automatic and manual, at standard rates.
• Visually inspect and measure all parts according to specifications and blueprints.
• Perform assembly work at the standard rate and meet all quality expectations.
• Follow all specifications, department procedures, and all ISO/GMP’s.
• Work as a team with other Operators and Support Staff.
• Understand department goals and participate in advancing them.
