Job summary

QXO, Inc. is hiring a Non-CDL Driver to safely deliver materials to customer locations and job sites. The role combines driving with hands-on loading/unloading and delivery verification to ensure accuracy and timely service.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of driving experience, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and a customer‑facing approach. Forklift experience and a valid DOT Medical Card are preferred to support operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• 1–2 years driving experience preferred.
• Some knowledge of millwork construction supplies.
• Ability to safely lift, up to 100 lbs.
• DOT Medical Card within 30 days.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Prior experience in direct customer interaction.
• Effective communication skills with colleagues, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Deliver materials to job sites and customer locations accurately and on time.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Verify materials, quantities, and delivery details before and after each delivery.
• Obtain required documentation, such as signatures or proof of delivery.
• Maintain delivery logs and complete required paperwork.
• Interact professionally with customers and job site personnel.
