Job summary

QXO is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to safely deliver materials to customer locations and job sites. You will load and unload, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate records while providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates are safety‑minded, reliable, able to work independently, and comfortable in driving, warehouse, yard, and outdoor environments; lifting up to 100 lbs and operating basic material handling equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Class C or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
• Strong safety mindset and responsible driving practices.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in delivery, warehouse, or material handling.
• Familiarity with building materials.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Comfortable working in driving, warehouse, yard, and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and deliver materials to job sites and customer locations on time.
• Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Verify materials, quantities, and delivery details before and after each delivery.
• Obtain required documentation such as signatures or proof of delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete required paperwork.
• Interact professionally with customers and job site personnel.
• Support warehouse or yard operations, including staging and organizing materials.
• Address questions or concerns and ensure a positive delivery experience.
• Follow safety policies, PPE usage, and report incidents promptly.
