The role reports to the Senior Manager of Price/Cost Analysis and requires strong Excel/Word skills, regulatory knowledge (FAR/DFARS/TINA), and a data-driven mindset to influence business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years in Proposal/Financial Analysis or Pricing.
• Graduate degree with 7+ years in Proposal/Pricing.
• In lieu of degree, 13+ years in Proposal/Pricing/Estimating.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex high-dollar cost proposals and review cost elements.
• Conduct supplier proposal fact finding for cost data.
• Support negotiations with suppliers alongside Buyers/MPMs.
• Develop negotiation positions and pricing objectives.
• Mentor buyers in cost and price analysis.
• Prepare cost reports for management and auditors.
