The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience in manufacturing. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to multi-task and work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of UKG/SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Entering data into SAP about quantities of issued and transferred parts.
• Resolving job/segments shortage discrepancies.
• Receiving manufactured parts into stock and issuing out to upcoming jobs.
• Assisting in daily tasks to ensure productivity efficiency.
• Identifying parts using UKG and drawings.
• Updating management on status of shortages.
• Investigating missing stock parts for work orders.
• Monitoring shortage list for the Shipping Management team.
• Collaborating with departments to resolve job/segments shortages.

UKG/SAP experience

Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
