Job summary

KBR is seeking a Material Coordinator (Contingency) to support TACOM (RRAD) by coordinating receipt, storage, and issuance of parts and materials. You will ensure accurate inventory records and align with MRP demands to keep production schedules on track.

This contingent role involves ERP/LMP systems, cycle counts, and close collaboration with Parts Managers and Production Planners to resolve material shortages and optimize supply actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in material coordination, inventory control, or logistics.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Process ERP/LMP workflows to manage material requirements.
• Support planning and acquisition of parts per assigned branch.
• Use LMP/CAMS/SAP to execute duties and validate MRP-derived requirements.
• Update production orders with required materials and issue components.
• Communicate shortages and coordinate with DLA, Parts Managers, and Planners.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely supply actions and resolve delivery issues.
