Job summary

EPITEC in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Materials Coordinator II for a long-term on-site contract. The role pays $25.00 per hour with benefits and a first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

You will support manufacturing by ensuring materials and parts are available to keep production running smoothly. Ideal candidates have experience in supply management, inventory control, material planning, or logistics, and strong problem‑solving skills.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the procurement, expediting, and delivery of materials to support production
• Work with production teams to identify and resolve material shortages
• Audit material inventory and ensure inventory accuracy
• Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies
• Manage critical shortage reports and expedite parts as needed
• Support engineering changes and material implementation activities
• Perform inventory adjustments and deviation management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain uninterrupted production
