• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to work across multiple teams and departments.

The Material Coordinator collaborates with planning, logistics, and factory operations, ensuring that work orders begin with everything required for successful execution. This includes resolving material shortages and maintaining data integrity within our systems. The successful Material Coordinator will support overall schedule adherence, drive material readiness, and contribute to production stability through proactive coordination and real-time inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and verify delivery of materials and documentation to production.

Material & Equipment Directly Used

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required depending on area assignments. Use of carts, bins, and material handling equipment required.

Working Environment

• This role is primarily performed on the production floor with frequent walking, standing, and material handling.

Physical Activities

• Occasional lifting of items up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in materials coordination, production control, or inventory operations.

Education / Certifications

• One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.


• High school diploma or GED required


• Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
