Mykelly in Moline, IL is seeking a Material Coordinator for the 1st shift (6:00am–2:30pm) on-site to support daily production goals by maintaining inventory accuracy and driving corrective actions.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and a proven ability to work across production, warehouse, and engineering teams. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience with manufacturing operations, including material flow and inventory management.
• Data analysis and advanced problem solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience cross-functionally with production, warehouse, supply management, and engineering teams.
• Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed to support production.

• Maintain and improve inventory accuracy by resolving inventory discrepancies, analyzing root causes, and driving corrective actions.
• Support the manufacturing operation as part of a cross-functional team responsible for meeting daily production goals.
