Job summary

All Flex Solutions is seeking a Material Coordinator to read route sheets, prepare materials for manufacturing, and coordinate with teams to meet daily schedules. The role requires attention to detail, data entry in Excel, and operating within ERP systems.

Candidates should be self-reliant, organized, and able to work both independently and in teams. ITAR compliance and a commitment to safety are essential in our climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

Description

Founded in 1977, All Flex Solutions is a leading provider of specialty flex and rigid flex circuits, flexible heaters, and value-added assemblies for mission and life critical applications. All Flex products can be found in many applications and markets, including medical, defense, aerospace, semiconductor, industrial and telecommunications.

The Material Coordinator will read, follow and sign route sheets and prepare material for manufacturing according to daily schedules. Completes work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other co-workers and managers.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Personal protective equipment and or clean room attire must be worn if applicable
• Physical requirements include sitting for long periods of time, standing for long periods of time, repetitive hand movements
• May be required to lift 5-15 pounds on a repetitive or semi-repetitive basis or up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
• Work environment may be subject to, but is not limited to chemicals, fumes, noxious odors or related items
• Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled facility
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 18 years old
• PCB manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to support business needs
• Must successfully complete on-the-job training and pass written and or demonstrated tests

We offer a competitive hourly rate in the $20 to $22 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.
