General Dynamics Bath Iron Works is seeking a Front Line Supervisor - Material Control in Bath, ME. You will lead safety practices, oversee material handlers, and ensure accurate inventory while coordinating with Production and Planning teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of heavy equipment experience and supervisory capacity.
• Proficient in PC use and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership across operations with PPE and hazard awareness.
• Monitor work quality and ensure first-time quality through oversight.
• Coordinate Plan of the Week (POW) and align resources with needs.
• Plan and supervise Material Handlers in a warehouse setting.
• Communicate with Production Management, Planning, and union reps.
