Job summary

Quantic Evans in East Providence, RI is seeking a dependable Material Control Specialist to support production by managing raw materials, preparing job kits, and maintaining accurate inventory records. • Read and interpret work orders, part numbers, material specifications, and related documentation
• Verify quantities, lot numbers, material certifications, and traceability information when required
• Organize and maintain raw material storage areas
• Label and identify materials properly
• Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, and other concerns to supervisors and appropriate departments

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Control Specialist to support production by managing raw materials, preparing job kits, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are available when needed. This is an hourly, hands-on position that requires good computer skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work accurately in a manufacturing environment. Expected Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities
