Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certificate required.
• 1–3 years of related field experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations required.
• Analytical, written, and verbal communication, plus negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review, release, and interpret forecast information to assigned vendor base; review backorders; issue supplier delivery nonconformance and payment deduction notices.
• Provide timely responses to Plant and Warehouse SPCLs with ETA and DOH based on ship history.
• Support accounts payable-related issues tied to late or missing deliveries, receiving by supply, and supplier discrepancies.
• Inform production plants of material arrivals or potential production impacts; generate forecast, inventory, obsolescence, and downtime reports.
• Coordinate supplier meetings; follow up on discrepancies and delivery issues; implement countermeasures with suppliers.
• Assign carriers (FedEx/UPS/DHL) for expediting; track shipments to prevent plant downtime.
