Job summary

EPI Power is seeking an experienced Material Control Lead – Warehouse to oversee warehouse and yard operations supporting large-scale data center construction. The role ensures materials are received, stored, tracked, and distributed efficiently to keep project schedules on track.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in material control or warehouse supervision, with construction logistics experience and a readiness to relocate for future projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in material control or warehouse supervision
• Experience supporting large construction or data center projects
• Electrical construction background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse and yard operations
• Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of electrical materials and equipment
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and material documentation
• Collaborate with Procurement, Project Management, and Field Leadership to support project schedules
• Maintain material logs, delivery records, and inventory reports
• Monitor material usage to prevent shortages, delays, or overstock
• Ensure proper handling and storage of high-value electrical components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support material forecasting and manpower planning
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
