Qualifications

• 1-3 years inventory/auditing/transportation experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to follow processes and standard procedures.
• Experience analyzing large data sets.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel and Outlook required.
• Experience with multiple Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and complete background checks.

Responsibilities

• Enter records and generate reports using computer systems.
• Weigh or count items for distribution to ensure conformance to standards.
• Read work orders to determine assignments and complete daily logs.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer inventory and material flow processes.
• Track shipments to meet deadlines and resolve stock shortages with customers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to correct part/shipment issues.
• Analyze processes and implement improvements to drive cost savings.
• Develop customer analytics and dashboards for QBRs.
