Qualifications

• 1-3 years inventory/auditing/transportation experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of transportation, supply chain and logistics concepts.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience analyzing large data sets.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple Warehouse Management System platforms.

Responsibilities

• Enter records and generate reports using computer systems.
• Weigh or count items for distribution to ensure conformance to standards.
• Read work orders or instructions to determine assignments.
• Complete daily logs and maintain accuracy.
• Identify cost savings opportunities for the customer.
• Track shipments to ensure deadlines are met.
• Resolve stock shortages with customers.
• Follow daily control processes and production schedules.
