Materials Associate Lead – Wilson, NC

Position type: Onsite. Role requires U.S. Person eligibility. Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30pm – 12:00am (overtime may be required). Training will be on first shift (7am – 3:30pm).

What You Will Do

• Execute lead position in stockroom cell by understanding and enforcing strict adherence to material handling practices and assigned daily tasks.
• Maintain and report daily goals and metrics including throughput, accuracy, and 5S.
• Train personnel on material handling practices.
• Identify process flow bottlenecks and escalate.
• Manage turnback via tracking tool.
• Support team by picking material for work order or sales order fulfillment.

Qualifications You Must Have

• High school diploma (or equivalent, e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Prior stockroom experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Prior logistics experience and/or prior experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
• Proper label application, paperwork preparation, and shipment packing.
• Intermediate computer skills in typing, navigating screens, and learning new software programs.
• Prior forklift driving experience.
