Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a Material Associate to support supply chain planning, procurement, and production for spaceflight hardware. You will log inbound receipts, pick and kit parts, and use WMS/ERP systems to track inventory.

Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, maintaining cycle counts, processing outbound shipments, and contributing to continuous improvement under Supply Chain leadership. Denver-area location required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required, vocational/technical education a plus.
• 3+ years in warehouse, supply chain, logistics or material handling.
• Experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of HAZMAT shipping, storage and handling.
• Ability to read Bills of Materials (BOMs) and part numbers.
• Strong computer proficiency with WMS/ERP or inventory software.

YOUR MISSION

As a Material Associate at True Anomaly, you will be a key contributor to executing our Supply Chain and inventory strategy. This role will support supply chain planning, procurement, and production tasks for goods and services necessary to deliver flight hardware to orbit. This role will also support the inbound, inventory management, and outbound processing of all production materials. This role requires someone who wants to dig in, improve processes, and own material and service requirements through delivery. We are looking for a reliable problem solver, someone who can demonstrate the ability to identify issues and develop scalable solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately pick/kit aerospace parts and components from inventory locations in support of manufacturing
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems to log inbound product receipts
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts) safely and efficiently to retrieve and move materials
• Assistin maintaining accurate inventory records by cycle counts and ADHOC audits
• Process outbound freight shipment including loading and completing supporting shipping documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within all warehousing areas
• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and aerospace industry regulations Manage lineside production inventory ensuring manufacturing stock levels are always met
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives as directed by Supply Chain leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires HS diploma (or equivalent,e.g.G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education
• Minimum of 3+ years within a warehouse, supply chain, logistics, or material handling role
• Experience in the aerospace or similar highly regulated manufacturing industry is a significant plus
• Understanding of Hazardous Goods (HAZMAT) shipping, storage, and handling
• Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbers, and product specifications
• Strong computerproficiency, including experience with WMS, ERP systems, or inventory management software
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $22-$30

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.
