Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems Electronics Manufacturing Facility in Huntsville, AL seeks a Material Analyst to support cable assemblies for DoD and commercial programs. You will manage material movements, support production builds, and document transactions in our quality and accounting systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–4 years in inventory or materials management, and familiarity with Deltek Costpoint, BOM, and Manufacturing Orders. Must be a U.S.

Qualifications

Leidos' Defense Systems Electronic Manufacturing Facility is seeking a Material Analyst to join our team at our Electronics Manufacturing Facility. The successful candidate will support different programs ranging from commercial customers to DoD customers. The technician will be responsible for building cables in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions. Responsibilities include cable construction, basic testing, troubleshooting, and repair.

Basic Qualifications

• Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience in inventory management or materials management.

• Experience working in Deltek Costpoint.
• Familiarity with Bill of Material (BOM) and Costpoint Manufacturing Orders.

• Applicants must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain workplace cleanliness with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Experience with consumable storage and accountability.
• ESD Processes & Procedures.
• Electronic components handling requirements.

Pay Range $41,600.00 - $75,200.00
