Leidos is seeking a talented professional to join our team.

This role falls within our Production & Manufacturing sub-family, which is responsible for production assembly, material fabrication, test operations-including setup, calibration, and operation of machinery used in the production process-and manufacturing engineering. Responsibilities also include ensuring high-quality production activities occur on schedule and within cost objectives. The role requires regular communication with project team members and peers to exchange information relevant to moderately complex matters.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support and execute day-to-day objectives involving non-routine tasks with significant impact on overall work output.
  • Work independently with limited supervision.
  • Resolve initially unclear problems that require analysis to understand and address.
  • Apply sound judgment within established procedures to solve issues or improve operational effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications
  • Foundational understanding of all aspects of the role and the practical application of skills to complex problems and situations typically encountered.
Typical Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of relevant prior experience
  • Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to apply job knowledge to complex situations and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

Pay Range: Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
