Job summary

FC Cincinnati is seeking a Match Production Coordinator to support the production/control room at TQL Stadium. The role will manage and quality control all content and graphics for the scoreboards and ribbon boards, and keep all creative organized for matchday production.

Filming and editing experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and deadline-driven focus, with an understanding of match presentation skills and live entertainment production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Journalism, Film, Mass Media or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
• A strategic planner with the ability to execute at a high level to bring the plan to life.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with integration of multi-branded marketing and sponsorship environment.
• General understanding of MLS rules, teams, and players.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Create matchday script using ShoFlo.
• Organize and oversee submission deadlines for matchday content.
• Coordinate in-stadium matchday deliverables with Partnerships.
• Manage, load, and quality control content for videoboards.
• Build and test equipment around the stadium for home games and events.
• Manage MLS rosters, headshots, and statistical information for in-stadium use.
• Create graphics for in-stadium use when assigned.
• Learn all Control Room positions and assist with troubleshooting.
• Film and edit videos for in-stadium use.
• Handle administrative duties relating to game and event production.
• Work full stadium events as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
