Job summary

FC Cincinnati is seeking a Match Production Coordinator to support the Match Production and Fan Engagement team at TQL Stadium. You will help load and quality control graphics, scripts, and content for scoreboards and ribbon boards, ensuring timely delivery for matchdays.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Partnerships, loading content, and assisting with on-site production tasks. A strong eye for detail and a passion for soccer are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Journalism, Film, Mass Media or related field or equivalent experience.
  • A strategic planner with the ability to execute at a high level to bring the plan to life.
  • Experience with multi-branded marketing and sponsorship environments.
  • 1-2 years experience working in a Production Control Room.
  • Experience with Ross Xpression and Daktronics systems.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new programs.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience or interest in Producing/ Technical Directing/Directing in a control room.

  • Learn all Control Room positions and assist with troubleshooting.

  • Handle administrative duties related to game and event production/presentation.
  • Work full stadium events (large scale) as needed.

Job Title: Match Production Coordinator

Department: Match Presentation

Reports to: Director, Match Production and Fan Engagement

Job Summary

The Match Production Coordinator is a key position within the FC Cincinnati and TQL Stadium team. This position will be responsible for assisting the overall production/control room at TQL Stadium. The role will manage, load, and quality control all content and graphics for the scoreboards and ribbon boards at TQL Stadium in addition to keeping all creative organized for matchday production. Filming and Editing experience a plus.

The Match Production Coordinator must have exceptionally strong communication, creative and organizational skills and be deadline-driven in execution. Creativity, strong attention to detail, dedication, hard work and passion for soccer are paramount to success in the position. A strong understanding and familiarity with key match presentation skills – organization, performance and live entertainment production skills – are necessary.

What You’ll Do
  • Create matchday script using ShoFlo
  • Organize and oversee submission deadlines for matchday content using Monday.com.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships department to coordinate in-stadium matchday deliverables (including match entitlement, activations, content).
  • Work with the Sr. Manager and Director of Match Production to manage, load, and quality control all content for the videoboards at TQL Stadium.
  • Assist Sr. Manager Production and Audio Video Engineer to build and test equipment around the stadium in preparation for FC Cincinnati home games and TQL Stadium events (as needed).
  • Manage MLS rosters, headshots, and statistical information for both home and away teams for in-stadium use.
  • Create graphics for in-stadium use when assigned.
  • Learn all positions in the Control Room and assist with troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Film and edit videos for in stadium use (features, promotional videos, skits, etc).
  • Responsible for administrative duties relating to game and event production & presentation needs.
  • Work full stadium events as needed (large scale events, games, etc).
  • Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Journalism, Film, Mass Media or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
  • A strategic planner with the ability to execute at a high level to bring the plan to life.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with integration of multi-branded marketing and sponsorship environment.
  • Computer skills necessary, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel required.
  • 1-2 years experience working in a Production Control Room.
  • Experience with Ross Xpression and Daktronics systems.
  • General understanding of MLS rules, teams, and players.
  • Strong computer skills including experience with MS Office products, including but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to learn new programs.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience or interest in Producing/ Technical Directing/Directing in a control room.
