Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Rochester, NY is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller on the 2nd shift. You will evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, then safely place them into a rolling machine for processing, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

The position is temporary with a performance-based incentive pay structure; earnings can increase by up to $3.00 per hour for meeting production standards.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
