Job summary

This position offers a performance-based incentive pay structure, with base hourly pay and the potential to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour based on meeting production standards.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned mats.
• Safely place mats into a rolling machine for processing.
• Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
