Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned floor mats, then operates a rolling machine and maintains a clean work area.

Rolled mats are organized for staging and customer delivery under a performance-based incentive structure. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats and approve for processing.
• Place mats into the rolling machine for processing and ensure a clean work area.
• Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.
