Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our production department. You will work on a team to prepare orders and floor mats for delivery, with a 5-day work week and weekends off. On-the-job training, benefits, and room for growth are provided.

Responsibilities include bundling, selecting items, inspecting goods, and adhering to safety policies. The role emphasizes learning through cross-training and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 to operate mat roller and equipment.
• Must be at least 16 to work in the load building area.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to lift up to 15-30 lbs.
• Able to perform basic mathematical operations using standard units.

Responsibilities

• Bundle, package, and roll articles per company instructions.
• Handle flat goods orders and select appropriate items.
• Select items by style, color, etc.
• Inspect products for tears, holes, stains, moisture, etc.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by area supervisor or management.
