Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will work on a team to prepare orders and floormats for delivery to our customers.

We offer on-the-job training, a 5-day work week, and weekends off. Training includes ongoing cross-training across production areas, with career growth possible as managers often start on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent
• Must be able to operate mat roller and machinery (18+)
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift 15-30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Bundle, package, and roll articles per requirements
• Handle flat goods orders and select items
• Inspect products for tears, holes, stains, excessive moisture, etc.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
