Job summary

UniFirst in Stratford, CT is seeking a Production Team Partner to join our production operation. You’ll work with a team to prepare orders and floor mats for delivery, with on-the-job training and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• High school or GED equivalent required or preferred.
• Must be able to stand and perform physical tasks for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 15–30 lbs and operate basic machinery as needed.
• Clear reading, writing and communication with management.
• Must meet age requirements for specific roles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Bundle, package and prepare articles per company standards.
• Handle orders and select appropriate items for fulfillment.
• Inspect products for tears, stains, moisture or defects.
• Follow safety policies and applicable guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
