Job summary

UniFirst is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner in Wilmington, NC. This full-time role involves supporting order preparation and handling floor mats for delivery, ensuring product quality, and following safety and HACCP guidelines.

The ideal candidate should possess a high school education or GED and the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. The position offers hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to operate a mat roller and machinery.
• Must be at least 16 years of age to work in the load building area.

Responsibilities

• Bundle, package, and roll articles in accordance with company requirements.
• Handle flat goods orders and select appropriate items.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.

Skills

Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift

Ability to lift up to 15–30 lbs

Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly

Basic mathematical operations
