Job summary

Recovery Network of Programs, Inc. is seeking an RN Coordinator to lead MAT services in Bridgeport Correctional Facility. You will oversee methadone dosing, perform nursing assessments, and coordinate care with prescribers and correctional staff.

The role requires active CT RN licensure, 2+ years nursing experience in corrections or behavioral health, and strong organizational and communication skills. Shift: Mon–Fri daytime, with responsibilities across the facility.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in CT
• Experience in corrections, behavioral health, or substance use
• Experience with methadone or buprenorphine is preferred
• Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily methadone dosing per RNP protocols
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor therapeutic effects and adverse reactions
• Collaborate with prescribers on clinical concerns and dosing changes
• Maintain accurate EHR and dosing records
• Ensure secure storage and chain of custody of methadone/suboxone per DEA/DPH/SAMHSA
• Coordinate care transitions for releasees to community MAT
• Serve as liaison between medical, correctional, and behavioral health teams
• Supervise LPNs and other nursing staff in MAT services
• Participate in team meetings, discharge planning, and audits
