Village South Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Board Certified PMHNP to supervise and provide Psychiatric/MAT services for both Residential and MAT Outpatient programs.

The role includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ensuring medical clearance procedures are followed. You will perform admissions H&Ps, document in the EHR, and collaborate with Admissions and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualificações

• Board Certified PMHNP with an active Florida NP license, DEA, and NPI.
• Experience in a Mental Health / Substance Use treatment facility.
• Ability to obtain DCF clearance and operate within EFORSCE.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Initial Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations and Psychotropic Medication Management for specified programs.
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice and review lab results.
• Perform Admission History and Physical for the Residential Program.
• Ensure Medical Clearance Procedure (MCP) is consistently implemented.
• Document services in the EHR in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Admissions and clinical staff to support patient care and program integration.
