UFC GYM in Washington is seeking a dynamic Mat Pilates Instructor to lead results-driven, core-strengthening classes for members of all levels. You will design engaging sessions that emphasize form, safety, and progression while motivating participants to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities include planning structured workouts, educating participants on alignment, and creating an inclusive, energetic class environment.

Qualifications

• Current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred).
• Specialty Mat Pilates certification.
• CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured Mat Pilates classes with safe pacing and smooth transitions.
• Educate participants on proper form, alignment, and modifications for all levels.
• Welcome new participants, build rapport, and foster an inclusive class environment.
• Arrive early for setup, start/end on time, and maintain studio equipment.
• Promote gym programs, events, and membership perks as a brand ambassador.
