Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and kinesiology as it relates to Pilates.
• High physical stamina and a personality that can motivate and command a room.
• Clear, effective cueing and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured Mat Pilates classes with safe choreography.
• Educate participants on proper form, alignment, and modifications.
• Welcome new participants and build rapport within the class.
• Ensure all studio equipment is handled and stored correctly.
• Promote gym programs, special events, and membership perks.
