Fit Pros / Group Fitness Instructors lead various group fitness class formats from low intensity to high‑intensity exercise classes and activities designed to improve participants’ physical fitness and overall well‑being. They are knowledgeable and courteous professionals dedicated to creating exceptional fitness experiences, which makes our classes a top choice for Chuze members.
