UFC GYM in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, results-driven classes for members of all levels. You will plan and deliver structured workouts, cue exercises clearly, monitor form, adjust in real time, and promote gym programs.
The role requires strong knowledge of exercise science, great communication, and a passion for health and wellness. This on-site position offers benefits including discounts, training opportunities, health insurance
Competenze
- Strong knowledge of exercise science principles and safe training techniques.
- Understanding of anatomy and kinesiology.
- Experience with group fitness instruction, including music timing and cueing.
- High energy level and physical stamina.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly and effectively.
Mansioni
- Plan and deliver structured group fitness classes.
- Select appropriate music and choreography with safety in mind.
- Demonstrate exercises with clear cueing and smooth transitions.
- Educate participants on form, modifications, and contraindications.
- Ensure safe use of equipment and enforce studio guidelines.
- Welcome and orient new participants; motivate a positive class environment.
- Record hours accurately in the timekeeping system.
- Promote gym programs and events.
