Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Charleston, SC seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support daily dosing operations, verify patient information, and maintain secure handling of methadone. Responsibilities include accurate log entries, ID verification, inventory, and ensuring workflow efficiency.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a Pharmacy Technician certification, with a Monday–Friday 5:00am–1:00pm schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician certification required.

Responsibilities

• Write patients name, dose, and number of takeout on the log and patient signature log.
• Review each patient’s flags prior to dosing.
• Verify dose against dose level and flags for accuracy.
• Ensure each patient signs log prior to dosing.
• Check ID or confirm digital photo in software matches patient.
• Maintain security of Methadone at dosing window and enforce lock box policy.
• Verify and return bottles are labeled with patient names and dates.
• Order pharmacy supplies as needed and maintain clean, organized pharmacy.
• Use appropriate sink for cleaning equipment and alert Director when leaving secure area.
• Maintain smooth workflow throughout dosing shifts.
