Wellpath seeks a Nurse Practitioner for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) to provide comprehensive, on-site medical care under the supervision of the Site Medical Director. You will document care accurately and coordinate with site physicians to ensure MAT coverage.

The role requires NP/PA licensure in the state, CPR certification, and DATA 2000 waiver eligibility, with a 2-year minimum experience in a clinical setting. Opportunities for growth available.

Qualifications

• Must hold licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in state of employment.
• At least 2 years of NP/PA experience.
• Willingness to obtain DATA 2000 waiver prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site chronic care clinics and sick calls.
• Provide emergency treatment on-site and respond to emergencies.
• Prescribe total patient care regimens appropriate to patient needs.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to support medical care standards.
• Escalate referrals and nursing/medical interventions as needed.
