Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or 90 hours of related coursework.
• Experience with substance use disorders preferred.
• Eligible for SUD Case Manager qualification and CSAC supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for adults with OUD or other SUD.
• Discharge planning for MAT participants and liaison in detention.
• Educate jail residents on MAT benefits and community linkage.
• Deliver REVIVE training and related education.
