Comprehensive Treatment Centers in Lebanon, PA is looking for a Substance Use Counselor to join our outpatient MAT program. The counselor provides individual and group counseling, documents progress, and supports patients in recovery from opioid use disorder in a busy clinic setting.

We offer full-time hours with early shifts, plus opportunities for growth, and access to CEUs. MAT experience is preferred but not required, with collaboration across the medical team and case management staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in social or health services field with 2 years of clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in social or health services field with 1 year of clinical experience.
• Master's degree in social or health services field with a practicum in a health or human service agency.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality, compassionate guidance in individual and group counseling sessions.
• Plan, oversee, facilitate and document patient's recovery.
• Co-facilitate assigned group or family sessions as needed.
• Ensure all documentation regarding patient care, treatment, and incidents is completed timely and clearly.
• Prepare individual treatment plans for each assigned patient.
• Initial and follow-up assessments.
• Evaluate patient needs and referrals to other programs if needed.
• May plan for aftercare for assigned patients.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Provide case management duties for patients, ensuring quality care.
• Act as liaison between referral sources and patients.
