Job summary

NOTCH seeks a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor/MAT Clinical Care Coordinator to oversee MAT-related care at the St Albans Health Center. The role includes counseling, care coordination, and treatment planning to support clients with opioid use disorder.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work required.
• Vermont licensure as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) required.
• Two years in addictions field preferred; two years in mental health field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel individuals, in group or individual sessions, to help overcome dependencies and support behavioral change.
• Coordinate care for patients receiving Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and liaise with buprenorphine providers.
• Develop treatment plans based on clinical evidence and client histories.
