Job summary

Life Time in Colorado Springs is seeking an Aquatics Masters Swim Team Coach to lead adult group workouts, register participants, and maintain pool areas. You will guide technique, develop training plans, and support swimmers at meets in a fast-paced club environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, coaching experience, US Masters membership, and current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications. Bachelor's degree and Lifet ime Education completion are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of coaching experience.
• Member of US Masters.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications completed within 60 days.
• Must complete all Life Time education requirements.
• Ability to work stationary and move around the club.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Runs the daily operations of the masters swim team.
• Provides adult swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Establishes training programs to help swimmers achieve their goals.
• Attends and supports swimmers at meets.
• Understands Life Time products and programs.
