Job summary

Life Time Mason is seeking an Aquatics Masters Swim Team Coach to lead adult group workouts, register participants, and help members improve technique in both indoor and outdoor pools. You will manage daily team operations and ensure a clean, well-organized aquatics facility.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years coaching, US Masters membership, and CPR/AED and First Aid certifications within 60 days. Bachelor's degree preferred and a strong guest-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of coaching experience required.
• Member of US Masters required.
• Adult, Child, and Infant CPR/AED certification completed within 60 days.
• First Aid certification completed within 60 days.
• Must complete all job specific requirements with Life Time Education.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.

• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to routinely bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to raise more than 20lbs

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Masters Coach Certification Level 1 & 2
