Job summary

The Horsham Clinic is seeking an energetic, mission-driven Expressive Arts Therapist to join our inpatient treatment team on a per diem basis. The role supports both weekday and weekend shifts, with a focus on leading group therapies aligned with the patients' needs.

The ideal candidate will develop individualized interventions, contribute to a multidisciplinary team, and adapt to various units to serve children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in an inpatient hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and qualifying experience required.
• Inpatient psychiatric population experience preferred.
• Knowledge of individual/group/family therapies, group leadership skills, age-specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management.
• Knowledge of principles and practices relevant to nursing and patient care activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized interventions to assist patients in meeting treatment goals.
• Provide a variety of group therapies consistent with clinical needs and clinic philosophy.
