Job summary

Elderberry Health in Oneida, TN is seeking compassionate licensed therapists to join our behavioral health team. You will conduct and document individual sessions under supervision, perform initial and follow-up assessments, and prepare personalized treatment plans.

You will provide crisis intervention and case management as needed, refer patients to appropriate programs, and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude focused on patient safety.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling is required.
• Must hold a valid associate license in Tennessee (LMFT-A, LPC-MHSP temp, LMSW).
