Job summary

Centerstone seeks a licensed clinician to provide evidence-based psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children within our behavioral health system. You will evaluate, treat, and document in accordance with guidelines and maintain productive communication with reference sources and the clinical team.

The role emphasizes timely documentation, adherence to quality practices, and meeting billable hour targets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field required.
• Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Active license (three-letter or associate) required.

Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team!JOB DESCRIPTION:SUMMARY OF POSITIONProvide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children seen in one’s service area.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical teamMaintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.Meet billable hour productivity standards.Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESEffectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.QUALIFICATIONSEducation LevelMaster’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.Years of ExperienceThree to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
