Job summary

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system delivering care that changes lives across the United States. The role provides psychotherapy to diverse age groups in line with evidence-based guidelines, within a supportive clinical team and a well-established nonprofit organization.

We seek a licensed clinician with a Master’s degree in social work or psychology, 3–5 years in behavioral health, and ability to meet productivity standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Experience with evidence-based and best-practices interventions preferred.
• Active license required for clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy (individual, group, family, or couples) for adults, adolescents, and children within service area.
• Maintain communications with referral sources and other involved parties.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical records per organization policies.
• Meet billable hour productivity standards.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Complete treatment plans and clinical documentation within two business days of service.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children seen in one’s service area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
• Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team
• Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
• Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
• Meet billable hour productivity standards.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
• Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education Level Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
• Years of Experience Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
• Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
• Certification/Licensure Must have an active three letter or associate license.

Time Type: Full time Pay Range: $60,000.00--$70,000.00
