Job summary

Centerstone seeks a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide individual, group, family, and couple’s psychotherapy across age groups within the service area. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, timely documentation, and collaboration with a clinical team.

You will maintain required reporting, complete AS/CS assessments, and ensure treatment plans and authorizations are completed promptly while meeting productivity standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Active license (three-letter or associate).
  • Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health preferred.
  • Experience with evidence-based and best practices interventions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical services per guidelines, including evaluation and psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children in the service area.
  • Maintain communications with referral sources and other involved parties, as approved by the client.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical records per organizational policies.
  • Maintain effective relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources.
  • Complete assessments (ANSA/CANS) and reassessments on time and complete treatment plans and authorizations promptly.
  • Meet billable hour productivity standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY OF POSITION

Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children seen in one’s service area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team
  • Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
  • Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
  • Meet billable hour productivity standards.
  • Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
  • Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
  • Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.

Years of Experience: Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.

Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.

Certification/Licensure: Must have an active three letter or associate license.

Pay Range: $43,900.00--$61,370.00
