Centerstone in Bloomington, IN seeks a Masters-level Clinician to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children across clinic and community settings. The role emphasizes evaluation, individual, group, and family therapies in accordance with best-practice guidelines.

You will maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours, collaborate with the clinical team, and engage with referral sources to ensure timely, quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• CANS/ANSA Certification is required or maintained.
• Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health is preferred.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including evaluation and psychotherapy (individual, group, family, or couple) for adults, adolescents and children.
• Maintain timely/accurate clinical records/ documentation.
• Communicate effectively with referral sources and the clinical team.
• Participate in development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
• Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS, on time.
• Complete treatment plans and related clinical authorizations promptly.
