Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology or social work required.
• LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A or LCAC-A licensure required; pursuing a 4-letter license with supervision.
• Strong leadership, supervision and team coordination skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records and community referrals.

Provides clinical and administrative oversight of a team of bachelor's level and Master’s level staff who are providing direct client care. Under the direction of the Manager, provides supervision and direction to team in the delivery of evidence- based treatment within ethical practices. The leadership style should be one of integration where the whole person is the focus.
